Financing a Log Home
When you are ready to start looking at financing for your log home, a good place to start is at your local bank, where they already know you. In some cases, your local bank may not be familiar with log homes. That is when you should contact a mortgage company that specializes in financing log homes.
Ward does not offer financing directly. This list is a starting point of lenders who have financed log and hybrid homes in the past. If your bank has any questions about our log homes, please have them contact us.
